Bigger demand, higher supply and rising of the property prices in 2017. This is the opinion of over 40 real estate agencies in the discussion organized last week in Sofia. Experts, however, believe that you can not talk about a bubble, because the growth is sustainable. Among the conclusions of the discussion is that for the first time in years, leading local search engine, even in the holiday segment, where more than half of the deals already signed with Bulgarian citizens.
There are large volumes of new construction on the background of increasing demand. Transactions since the beginning of the year recorded a growth of about 10%. This is reflected in property prices in the capital and on the seaside. And shorten deadlines for realization of newly built residential apartments and complexes, in some cases sales are for about a month.
For 2017, the realtors expect more deals and more relaxed growth in property prices against the background of the expected new buildings, which will hit the market in 2017-2018.This will ensure more balance in the secondary market, where It is expected to offer more reasonable prices.
