The village of Zagortsi is located in Southeast Bulgaria and it is part of Sredets Municipality, Bourgas District. The village lies in the west part of the Bourgas Lowland and this compact community is not far from the Mandra Lake, famous for its bird life and fishing, a wildlife haven for birds due to their location on the Via Pontica migratory route.
Yet, only 30 minutes from Burgas, the most popular city in Bulgaria with its beaches, sea gardens and cultural activities. Kraymorie beach is only 40 minutes away.
